Video games of the MNM in serious problems: Legal battle between THQ, Jakks and MNM
Kotaku informs that THQ has interposed a legal controversy against Jakks Pacific (desarrolladora of MNM Smackdown vs. RAW) since the last one has showed interest to renew the contract with the MNM until 2014, thing that according to THQ is illegal since these contracts must be authorized by the one who takes charge of the distribution (that is to say, the same THQ).
The problem takes root in that THQ apparently finds annoying for the MNM demands for supposed acts corruption to his personnel and conflict of interests and hence apparently he is not interested in THQ that Smackdown vs. RAW keeps on commercializing. THQ for it is trying to block Jakks to renew this contract … that apparently ends with the Smackdown vs throwing. RAW 2010.
It will be interesting to see in that it finishes this legal dispute.
