APPLAUSES vs. MNM from my point of view
From last week he was wanting to chat in this space on the article that Edgar Valero realized in the one that one day was also my house: APPLAUSES. (It checks the post: OVACIONES attacks the MNM and King Mysterio)
But earlier, I would like giving quickly my profile to sustain the opinion that next I will give:
Sly in APPLAUSES
As the average APPLAUSES reader is very skillful neither with the technology nor with the video games, our throw with GAME OVER was to involve them with topics that could be of his interest, it is for it that we dedicate to him several numbers to be spoken of topics like the MNM that in the newspaper practically were not appearing, with the exception of certain occasions (that generally were the tours for Mexico). Really even we did a special beautiful one of Wrestlemania 24 (pages 36 and 37).
My experience with MNM is not the big thing, but it began liking me from 1998 - year in which I acquired DirecTV - with fighters like X-Pac, Chyna, Stone Cold, Mankind, etc. But it was up to the "Invasion" in 2001 of the WCW and the ECW when I turned real fan. Then I already take something of trajectory like MNM fan.
When I came to APPLAUSES alone Osvaldo Ángeles I could notice that he was a fan, which is a problem being that it was and keeps on being a Spectacles reporter.
Arturito Rose, big coworker and better person, opened heart to me saying to me that his fortress was the Mexican wrestling, his motive was to argue that it was better and that is very respectable. But frequently his reference to notes of the MNM was his "Sly" godfather of Game Over.
Now then, the position done by Valero makes topcoat somewhat incongruous, for many motives, to me in the times.

It is incredible that nobody has said anything about King Mysterio while MNM was remaining in Channel 52MX, inclusive inside his tours in Mexico. The fact that Valero denounces to the “Mexican laws” that Mysterio must fight without mask it is a clear countermeasure to the MNM incursion in the open TV.
I do not like thinking badly about anybody, but in APPLAUSES companionships exist between reporters who have not anything in common with wrestling and fighters of the CMLL. In fact in some occasion I remember perfectly that Gustavo Mares (specialist in Bulls) realized a support blanket to Dr. Wagner and although that does not have anything of villain, since it was a court act merely personally … in other examples it is possible to confuse a little the passion with the objectivity.
On the other hand, debating of the topic with a friend of the way, I coincide that Valero accuses without any test (a basic tool of a good reporter) in which MNM has a long record of tidy results, cheating this way those who come to see his spectacle. Although his premise could be real, that cannot be exclusive of the American wrestling, and in the same way (without tests) it is possible to argue the same of what it is realized in Mexico.
Anyway, my intention is not to discredit the Mexican wrestling, much less to my coworkers (to whom I learned them very much and those that I respect of equal way). My throw with this opinion is to make them see that his claim, really, looks like a personal problem and not something tangibly that really sustains his denunciation.
Certainly, I also wrote a strong comment against the MNM (pages 36 and 37) - obviously for very different situations - inside the APPLAUSES pages, as what they have my word of which this writing was done without any fraud of any nature.
